Guiding individuals and families toward healthier futures.
Our Services
Aspen Mental Health Services provides individualized therapy and behavioral support to children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout Idaho Falls and the surrounding areas. Our therapists offer evidence-based care for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, stress, life transitions, and family relationship issues.
Our children’s program is a central part of our agency, specializing in play-based therapy and developmentally informed approaches. We support youth experiencing behavioral disorders, emotional regulation difficulties, adjustment issues, anxiety, and depression. We also have expertise in working with children with autism, developmental delays, and learning differences, helping them develop foundational skills that may have been impacted by trauma or interruptions in typical development.
Aspen also provides Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS)—an intensive, structured service for youth with significant behavioral challenges. TBS focuses on understanding the “why” behind behaviors, building new skills, and coaching caregivers so progress continues long after services end.
Across all programs, our mission is to strengthen skills, enhance emotional well-being, and support healthier relationships by working collaboratively with clients and the adults who care for them.
“Aspen Mental Health Services helped my daughter work through her depression. They helped us come together as a family and learn to really communicate and support each other.”
