Our Team
Angela Fletcher: LCPC
As a compassionate and empathic professional, I am committed to supporting individuals across all ages, backgrounds, and life stages. Having personally navigated a healing journey, I am passionate about fostering strong therapeutic relationships and creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their concerns freely.
My therapeutic approach primarily incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), complemented by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Play Therapy. I am currently working on getting certified as a play therapist. I believe that while we cannot change the past, we have the power to alter our responses to it, reshape our thoughts, and take control of our present and future actions.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a Master of Arts in Psychology. My practice focuses on helping children, adolescents, and adults address a wide range of challenges, including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, autism, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, relationship issues, parenting concerns, anger management, OCD, trauma, grief, PTSD, phobias, panic disorder, substance use, and social anxiety.
My office offers a welcoming, confidential environment where clients can begin their journey toward healing and growth.
Angie Tinsley: Intern, Anticipated Graduation May 2025
As a dedicated therapist, I am committed to providing a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their mental health, confront challenges, and achieve personal growth. I believe deeply in each person's inherent capacity for change, and my approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration. My passion lies in supporting clients on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and living fulfilling lives.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Brigham Young University-Idaho and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Work with an emphasis in Trauma-Informed Care from Northern Kentucky University. Throughout my professional career, I have had the privilege of working with both youth and adults, offering therapy for a broad spectrum of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and stress management.
I approach therapy as a collaborative process, where the relationship between therapist and client is central to healing. My work is tailored to each individual's unique needs, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Mindfulness modalities. By integrating these tools into a compassionate, client-centered approach, I help clients navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
Whether you're facing anxiety, processing trauma, or navigating difficult life transitions, I am here to walk alongside you and support your personal growth. Together, we can work toward building the life you envision for yourself.
Eric Martinez: Case Manager
Finding my passion in life was quite the task. I have gone through many trials in my life that allow me to relate to most of my clients on a personal as well as professional level. I am going to hit 9 years of sobriety from alcohol and I cannot wait to hit my 10 year milestone. One of my favorite quotes that I apply to my life is, “I am a leaf on the wind. Watch how I soar.” – Wash, Serenity. To me, this quote means, no matter how hectic life gets, take a deep breath and go head first into the challenge.
I provide clients with Case Management (CM) and Community Based Rehabilitative Services (CBRS). I also assist with Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessments, with my sights set on Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) certification. I am gifted at creating interpersonal connections and making those I work with, feel at ease. There is nothing more rewarding to me than assisting someone thrive through their trails in life.

Emily Smith: Intern, Anticipated Graduation May 2025
Currently a Master of Social Work Intern set to graduate in May 2025, I am passionate about mental health counseling. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Zealous at the prospect of helping children overcome mental health issues and illness at a young age, I plan to pursue certification in play therapy post-graduation, to further support my work with children and families. In the meantime, I enjoy utilizing creative solutions to engage young children in becoming proactive toward mental health and wellness, including games, art, charts, and activities.
While my passion lies in helping children, I am open to providing therapy for all ages while employing my creativity, empathy, and compassion to providing opportunities for mental health and wellness in a safe and inclusive environment.
