Mental Health Counselor
Full-time Position

Counselors provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic services to individuals and families, using evidence-based approaches to support mental health and overall well-being. This role focuses on helping clients build insight, develop coping skills, and make meaningful progress toward individualized treatment goals.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating and updating treatment plans, delivering individual and family therapy, and supporting clients through crisis situations when needed. Counselors also collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated, effective care.

Case Management/Skills Building

This role provides a combination of care coordination and hands-on, skills-based support to children and families. The Case Manager / Skills Support Specialist helps clients access community resources, develop independence, and build the emotional, behavioral, and daily living skills needed to function successfully at home, school, and in the community.
Responsibilities include completing assessments and treatment plans, coordinating care with providers and community partners, and working directly with clients to teach skills such as emotional regulation, communication, problem-solving, and daily living tasks. This position also supports families through coaching and guidance, reinforces positive behavior change, and helps clients apply skills in real-life settings.
Team members collaborate closely with therapists, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure treatment goals are implemented effectively, progress is monitored, and services remain consistent across environments.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy both organizing and coordinating care as well as working directly with clients, and who are passionate about helping youth and families build practical skills and achieve meaningful, lasting progress.
Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) Coach
Part-time Position
- Bachelor’s Level:

The TBS Coach works directly with youth and families to build emotional regulation, communication, and positive behavior skills. This role focuses on helping children practice and apply skills in real-life settings while coaching caregivers on how to support lasting change.
TBS Coaches provide hands-on behavioral support, model effective strategies, and guide families in creating consistent routines and expectations. They work closely with therapists and supervisors to ensure treatment goals are implemented effectively and progress is maintained.
